Leaders of Tomorrow Auditor
Our mission is to develop the next generation of leaders by helping teens connect personal growth with professional purpose. Through hands-on experience and the 7 Habits framework, we cultivate self-awareness, responsibility, and proactive leadership that extends beyond the workplace and into everyday life.

Purpose
The Auditor ensures accurate product counts, labeling, and shelf presentation in assigned areas. This role supports the team by providing clear, reliable data that drives decisions and keeps projects on track. By modeling dependable work habits and attention to detail, the Auditor contributes to a consistent, high-quality experience for clients and store partners in alignment with Monarch's core values of Aspirational Growth, Committed to Agape, and Anchored in Trust.

Core Responsibilities
1. Execute accurate product and shelf audits in assigned areas.
2. Maintain clear, complete, and accurate audit documentation.
3. Uphold store standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and quality.
4. Communicate effectively with Leads and model positive work habits.
5. Commit to the requirements of the program- 8 unpaid classes and 15 paid job assignments.
Activities
For Execute accurate product and shelf audits in assigned areas:
Perform product counts in assigned sections according to defined procedures.
For Maintain clear, complete, and accurate audit documentation:
Record all counts and findings clearly and accurately on audit forms or devices.
Review entries for completeness and accuracy before submitting.
Report discrepancies or unusual findings promptly to the Lead.
For Uphold store standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and quality:
Maintain a clean and organized work area while completing audit tasks.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Use equipment and tools safely and as instructed.
For Communicate effectively with Leads and model positive work habits:
Communicate progress, issues, and completion of tasks to Leads.
Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work each shift.
Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and dependability on the floor.
Measurables
Audit accuracy at or above 98% based on spot checks or re-audits.
100% of assigned audits completed within the scheduled time frame.
Zero safety violations or preventable incidents per review period.
On-time attendance rate of at least 97% for scheduled shifts.
Additional Qualifications
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, and lift up to the required weight for the assignment.
Comfortable using handheld devices or forms to record data.
At least 14 years of age. Ideal freshman transitioning into sophomore year. 14-15 years old
The program requires a 3-year commitment. Students at the minimum age of 14-years-old will be enrolled in April/May/June and go through an employment sign-up process with Monarch. Their first work assignments begin in April or the earliest opportunity after enrollment.
Each student will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Parents' full support and permission to enter the program*
- Grade point average of 3.0 or greater
- School involvement in sports, arts, journalism, music, theater, government, or other
- Display a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Listening skills
- Commitment to minimum program requirements
