This role supports the team by providing clear, reliable data that drives decisions and keeps projects on track. Commit to the requirements of the program- 8 unpaid classes and 15 paid job assignments.<h1 style="margin: 24pt 0in 0in; font-size: 14pt; color: rgb(54, 95, 145);">Activities</h1>For Execute accurate product and shelf audits in assigned areas:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform product counts in assigned sections according to defined procedures.For Maintain clear, complete, and accurate audit documentation:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Record all counts and findings clearly and accurately on audit forms or devices.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Review entries for completeness and accuracy before submitting.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Report discrepancies or unusual findings promptly to the Lead.For Uphold store standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and quality:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain a clean and organized work area while completing audit tasks.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Use equipment and tools safely and as instructed.For Communicate effectively with Leads and model positive work habits:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Communicate progress, issues, and completion of tasks to Leads.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work each shift.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and dependability on the floor.<h1 style="margin: 24pt 0in 0in; font-size: 14pt; color: rgb(54, 95, 145);">Measurables</h1>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Audit accuracy at or above 98% based on spot checks or re-audits.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;100% of assigned audits completed within the scheduled time frame.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Zero safety violations or preventable incidents per review period.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;On-time attendance rate of at least 97% for scheduled shifts.<h1 style="margin: 24pt 0in 0in; font-size: 14pt; color: rgb(54, 95, 145);">Additional Qualifications</h1>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, and lift up to the required weight for the assignment.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Comfortable using handheld devices or forms to record data.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;At least 14 years of age.
