Your Role as the Industrial Operations Manager
- Improve Efficiency Use KPIs and systems to make work smoother, faster, and better.
- Plan for Growth Forecast demand, manage capacity, and move the right people to the right jobs.
- Build Relationships Lead meetings with clients, solve problems, and help them succeed.
- Lead the Team Hire, train, coach, and inspire the Industrial team to hit their goals.
- Drive Profitability Manage budgets, track project success, and deliver outstanding results.
You'll be a crucial part of scaling, serving, and succeeding.

Qualifications
- 57 years of operations or field service leadership
- Experience managing budgets, projects, and people
- A track record of growing teams and improving systems
- Comfort using data, scheduling tools, and logistics systems
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10 days per month
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- Ability to travel 25% of the time

- $80,000$90,000 base salary
- Up to $18,000 annual bonus (20%)
