Your Role as the Industrial Operations Manager

• Improve Efficiency Use KPIs and systems to make work smoother, faster, and better.
• Plan for Growth Forecast demand, manage capacity, and move the right people to the right jobs.
• Build Relationships Lead meetings with clients, solve problems, and help them succeed.
• Lead the Team Hire, train, coach, and inspire the Industrial team to hit their goals.
• Drive Profitability Manage budgets, track project success, and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

• 57 years of operations or field service leadership
• Experience managing budgets, projects, and people
• A track record of growing teams and improving systems
• Comfort using data, scheduling tools, and logistics systems
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10 days per month
• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• Ability to travel 25% of the time

• $80,000$90,000 base salary
• Up to $18,000 annual bonus (20%)
